They opened the doors to their high-level recruiting firm during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana. While the area was devastated by the weather phenomenon, Ms. Bogart championed through the difficult time, helping to restart and reinvigorate businesses and the local economy. The firm also serves the Houston and Dallas areas. Ms. Bogart has served in various managerial positions since the 1980s. In addition to her new position, Ms. Boggart helps run the family farm.

Ms. Bogart’s career started at Robert Half International where she assumed the roles of sales and senior management positions. She made a name for herself in the 1990s and 2000s by leading her sales teams to reach record sales production numbers. Lauded for her efforts and determination, she received acclaim in international sales and leadership awards. Ms. Bogart earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University, and it was during her education where she began working for Robert Half International and realizing her potential and passion for the industry.
