Celebrating more than 20 years in legal services, Ms. Williams is an accomplished lawyer in multiple practice areas. She is no stranger on cases concerning personal injury, criminal defense, child custody and support actions, divorce and dissolutions, wills, trusts and estate planning, and civil litigation and trials. Her peers recognize her skills in legal research, case preparation, trial presentation and negotiations. She has contributed her skills and passion for law with Strip, Hoppers, Leithart, McGrath & Terlecky, CO, LPA for nearly nine years.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio State University, she completed a JD at Capital University Law School. From there, she became a member of the American Bar Association, Dublin Community Business Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. Throughout her career, Ms. Williams’s biggest role model and mentor has been her father. She accounts that working with her father on several trials has been a highlight in her career. Additionally, she points out her grandmother as her greatest inspiration and instilling confidence in her.

Ms. Williams is an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association, recognized for her contribution to family, career and community. In the years to come, she endeavors to become a partner at the firm. In addition to her services within the courtroom, she serves on the Task Force Family Committee in the state of Ohio. She works to revise the guidelines for family law. She is active in her community and supports the American Heart Association and the Breast Cancer Society.
