Fueled by intrigue on psychiatry and mental health, Ms. Mehta has served in the health industry for nearly four decades. As the CNO for a nonprofit hospital, Ms. Mehta’s role is to ensure pristine patient care and the staff is working in a safe and positive environment.

Ms. Mehta earned a Master of Science in nursing from Bradley University, and uses her health administration degree to make St Luke’s Behavioral Health Hospital considered the best behavioral hospital by the Arizona Business Bureau. Her hard work and dedication have helped her to be nominated for Woman of the Year from the National Association of Professional Women in 2011 and 2012. She is also an Honorary Member of Who’s Who and Top Executive Female Who’s Who.

St Luke’s Behavioral Health Hospital is a 124-bed facility that provides mental health services with inpatient and outpatient care for adolescents, adults, and seniors. Ms. Mehta leads the nursing staff with an open door policy and facilitates a trusting relationship built with communication and mutual respect. She takes into consideration their ideas and input into making the services at St Luke’s even better, such as implementing an evidenced-based therapeutic care. On top of her work at St Luke’s, she also supports United Way. In the coming years, Ms. Mehta hopes to be a chief executive officer.
