In her career, she has gained tremendous experience in the information technology and insurance fields and developed an expertise in process improvement and change management. Ms. Mailhot brings with her the ability to implement programs that benefit the daily operations of the company. Notably, she was involved with the development of a “new” web-based claim system that helped streamline claim preparation. Utilizing her technology background, she ensured that the new system included appropriate controls. In this role, Ms. Mailhot also worked in the production of invoices and statements, and ensured coding to the financial systems was accurate. Her assistance allowed the team to express needs and concerns regarding information technology to ensure the system generated the correct information.
