Ms. Joy has 20 years of experience as a self-employed artist. On a daily basis, she creates and sells paintings for buyers, and she also exhibits her paintings in galleries. In addition to her skills as an artist, Ms. Joy is also a performer. She specializes in theatrical art and has written songs as well as poetry.
Looking back, Ms. Joy attributes her success to her poetry and continued work as an artist in the painting medium. She became involved in her profession because of her artistic ability. The most gratifying aspect of her career is creating works of art that everyone can enjoy.
Ms. Joy has studied through the Aegina Arts Center, the New England School of Photography, The School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and The American Sign Language & English Secondary School. She maintains affiliation with SAG-AFTRA, the Actors’ Equity Association, the Arts Students League and Broadcast Music, Inc. In years to come, Ms. Joy hopes to have her artwork exhibited in more museums.
