To prepare for a career in health and construction, Ms. Smith earned a degree in general science education from the University of North Alabama. For her job, it is important to have strong communication skills. These skills help her to work with others and meet day-to-day challenges. In addition, she was inspired to go into her field due to her parents, who encouraged her to be anything that she wanted.
