Her practice now offers mediation and arbitration of commercial business disputes, contracts, securities, employment, real estate, partnerships, and franchise and product liability matters. Ms. Warshauer serves on the mediation panels of the federal, state and bankruptcy courts in New York and the New Jersey Superior Court, and has been involved in more than 200 matters. Some of her more notable cases were a class action involving government entities, and a software supply contract with a large investment banker. Recently, she was appointed a Sandy Voluntary Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator. Ms. Warshauer has also served as national counsel for asbestos defendants, and was in charge of directing and coordinating more than 35 local counsels in more than 100,000 cases.
