When faced with a challenge, she stops at nothing to rectify it and enhance the workflow processes.

Ms. DiCicco has more than 25 years in the automotive industry and has learned to effectively lead teams. She has always been interested in science and engineering. Ms. DiCicco holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University and has an MS in engineering management from Oakland University. After graduating, she worked as an engineer in the wire harnesses industry and moved into supplier quality. Out of all of her roles, Ms. DiCicco feels best fitted to working at FCA as it is a fast-paced and evolving environment where she sees the changes she makes have a positive effect on the company and her colleagues.
