Ms. Cerchiara has been with BHDP Architecture for the past three and half years in the role of Retail Client Leader. In this position, she serves clients in multiple project and design roles including teaching, planning and merchandising and how to manage a retail project. Additionally, she is responsible for leading her teams in planning, merchandising and construction documentation. BHDP Architecture is well-known for their ability to design environments that affect the key behaviors necessary to achieve strategic results for their clients.

In addition to earning a degree in architecture and city planning from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, Ms. Cerchiara has a professional accreditation from the Retail Design Institute and maintains affiliations with the USHCC and ICSC. She was president of the Retail Design Institute’s Ohio Chapter from 2013 until this March, when she was elected Retail Design Institute’s International President. Ms. Cerchiara believes the key to her success has been the ability to become friends and then stay meaningfully connected with them over time. Looking toward the future, she endeavors to continue to inspire women in her field, growing her team internationally as well as moving into the next step in her career.
