Ms. McGregor brings 13 years of experience to her role as a human resources and OD manager of Spencer Henshaw. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart as an expert in the areas of facilitation, remuneration and coaching. Each day, she manages compensation and benefits, while training and developing staff and working on projects to include the Ministry of Justice. Spencer Henshaw is a property maintenance and building company that provides plumbing and drainlaying services; electrical work; carpentry; roofing; painting; glazing; repairs and restoration.

Ms. McGregor believes that having worked in human resources in a variety of industries and in a variety of companies of different sizes has contributed to her success. She also credits her own commitment to personal growth and drive for professional development. She became involved in her profession when she desired a career change. Ms. McGregor has a passion for helping leaders understand what engages people and drives performance; this almost always involves delivering learning. Her favorite career activity is showing managers how to get better results through coaching.

Ms. McGregor received a postgraduate diploma in human resource management from Waikato Management School, which is a subsidiary of Waikato University. Additionally, she holds a graduate diploma in human resource management. She holds an advanced certificate in adult teaching, as well as a teaching diploma. In years to come, Ms. McGregor plans to become a consultant.
