As a prominent member of the gaming industry, Ms. Clayton is responsible for overseeing the entire property of Thunder Valley Casino Resort and all of its operations, including 2,500 team members. She became involved in her profession because she became a craps dealer in Atlantic City after she graduated high school, and it has been a natural progression ever since.

The highlight of her career was being recruited to go to the West Virginia Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino. Through her efforts and hard work, she was able to hire 600 people, which improved the casino’s bottom line.
