She currently serves in the role of business manager for Nagel Electric, a trusted provider of electrical contracting services for commercial, industrial and residential customers. Ms. Card is noted for her dedication for keeping customers current; she makes it a priority to follow up regarding the work completed to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the final results. She has also worked in many different roles for Delta Airlines for more than 20 years.

Outside of these positions, Ms. Card has been instrumental in the laws enacted in Connecticut with regard to booster seats. She worked with the state senate to pass the HB660 Booster Seat Law on October 1, 2005. Ms. Card is currently working on laws relating to children custody. She aims to change the protocol of primary custody rulings in the state of Connecticut. Ms. Card is happy to be able to work in various capacities that provide her the opportunity to help others. Ms. Card loves being able to meet and work with different types of people, and she has the ability to place herself in another person’s shoes and understand others’ points of view.

Ms. Card grew up in a family that was always focused on helping others. Her parents fostered more than 100 children over the years, and she was always willing to assist them wherever she could. Ms. Card intends to continue working to make a difference in all aspects of her life. When she isn’t at the office or involved in community service, she enjoys spending her free time with her son.
