Ms. Cioccia launched her realty company nearly 15 years ago after trying to sell a house that wouldn’t sell. When she researched as to why, she realized the realtor hadn’t done anything. From that point on, Ms. Cioccia decided that she would go into real estate so that no other potential buyer or seller would have to experience what she did. After learning the trade, negotiating contracts and marketing, she created her own company that now offers boutique real estate services. She brings her experience in sales, computer systems management and control.

Before becoming a realtor, Ms. Cioccia studied business in college and earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. While attending, she had taken a real estate class. She holds multiple certifications, including CRS, CRB, GRI, ABR, ABRM, CSP, RECS, ABRA, e-PRO, Divorce, Green, ILHM, SRES, CLHMS and Million Dollar Guild. Additionally, she is active in her community and partakes in the Houston Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Katy Rotary Member, the Junior Achievement Teacher and the Member of Katy Chamber of Commerce. Prior to opening her realty, she worked as a computer systems manager and an accounting supervisor.
