With a fulfilling career spanning more than four decades, Ms. Trevithick is retired from the nursing, critical care management, hospital administration and compliance field. Prior to retiring, she dedicated her services to a Veterans Affairs medical center, where she oversaw the CBI program and operational units that engage in business operations and health information practices. She coordinated CBI activities and ensured that all business operations were conducted with the laws, regulations and standards that govern those activities. She worked at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center for nearly three decades in her career, and feels most accomplished about her ability to teach new critical care nurses critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Always wanting to help people from an early age, Ms. Trevithick pursued a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah. She continued at the same university to earn a Master of Science in cardiovascular nursing. Ms. Trevithick credits her parents and competitive siblings for inspiring her to go after her goals. She possesses various medical certificates, such as in compliance, mediation, clinical hypnosis, neurological, neurosurgical and EKG. Her commitment to her field has resulted in affiliation to various organizations, such as the Cornerstone Counseling Center and Western Affiliate.
