Ms. Warner has been dedicated to education for more than 25 years, and has held various positions. She has worked as a teacher, headteacher, teacher trainer and school inspector. She started her company, MAW Education, in 1996 and became an OFSTED School Inspector. After 10 years of inspecting schools in the UK, she was invited to running teacher training workshops in Qatar, as well as online training with India and Algeria. Her work has also taken her to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. From her office, Ms. Warner developed MAW Publications, MAW Life Coaching and Skype teacher training sessions.

In order to prepare for this career, Ms. Warner earned a teacher’s certificate from the Froebel Educational Institute and a master’s degree in education from Surrey University at Roehampton. In addition, she has a diploma in school management studies from the College of Preceptors. One of her greatest accomplishments has been being the head of an inner-city school for 10 years and her international work. She endeavors to enable all children to grow up doing what they want to do. She is a member of the Royal Overseas League and she is a fellow of the College of Teachers. She is an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association, recognized for her contribution to family, career and community.
