Ms. Solomon is a subject matter expert in her leadership role, where she serves as the team leader in a global capacity. She plays an integral role supporting HR and finance working for one of the Big 3 furniture companies. Ms. Solomon makes a difference with her work in accounting, tax preparation financial applications and systems. In addition, she participates in Americas SAP 5 Users’ Group (A.S.U.G.), a community of professionals with common business interests, experiences, challenges and pursuits.

To prepare for a career in the financial sector, Ms. Solomon received an associate’s degree in accounting from Davenport University. She furthered her career by partaking in the Aspiring Leadership Program through Harvard University Online. Her company selected her as one of their 25 employees to take advantage of the educational program. Upon completion of the program, she gave a successful presentation to Mr. Haworth and the chairman of the board of directors. In addition, she is a member of the National Director of Registered Tax Preparers and Professionals, LTD. She also supports Breast Cancer Awareness and Habitat for Humanity.
