With an impressive professional history dating back nearly 50 years, Dr. Palmeri has a long-standing connection with education and enriching thousands of student’s lives. In her current role, she brings this experience to working on school turnarounds and transformation systems and processes. In order for schools to achieve, Dr. Palmeri creates leadership development programs, budget management tools and enhances school performance rubrics and CTQ standards that ensure academic, operational and cultural excellence. Furthermore, she is responsible for the accountability and compliance to state departments of education and charter school authorizers. Her work helps develop charter schools, and the management of these establishments fiscal, academic and operational management.

Dr. Palmeri felt destined to become a teacher, with her grandfather building her a classroom when she was a child. Encouraged by her family and mentors, she possesses the education and skills needed for her line of work. After earning a bachelor’s degree in education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, she received a master’s degree in educational administration at the State University of New York at Brockport. She received a Ph.D. at the University of Rochester in educational administration.  In addition, she has a Certificate of Advanced Study in Leadership, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Theory, Policy and Change, a certificate in School District Administration, School Administration and Supervision, and in Teaching nursery through Grade 9.
