Ms. Cadieux is noted for being one of the solicitors representing the Government of Canada in the matter of the Canadian Constitution Patriation Reference, and the Québec Conventional Veto Reference. In addition, she was a lecturer at École de formation professionnelle du Barreau du Québec in labor law.

Ms. Cadieux earned a law degree from Droit Law University of Montreal, and was inspired to pursue the profession by a friend who is a judge and chief of the Court of Appeals for Québec. In addition to running a law firm and representing clients, she is a member of the board of directors for Transit 24 Inc. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Québec Bar, the International Society of Labor Law & Social Security, the Order of Human Resources Advisors and the Industrial Relation Professionals of Québec. In addition, she is the president of the Women’s Shelter for Abuse & Violence.
