Ms. Rossmann became the CEO of Paramount Precision Products, Inc., a precision machining company in 1999. From that point on, she has been dedicated to building the best company in supplying cast aluminum, nodular and gray iron, and specialty alloy materials. In her role, she oversees all the finances of the company, potential acquisitions and organizational structure. Her expertise lends itself to managing the structural financial deals for investment purposes and the sales sector of the company. She brings more than 25 years of experience to the company and credits working with an amazing team and partners to have played an integral role in her success.

Introduced to the manufacturing industry by her father, who worked for Chrysler, Ms. Rossmann obtained a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ball State University so she could be involved in the financial side. She has become distinguished in her field, and as a result has been recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Michigan and Northeast Ohio region. She maintains affiliation with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and Women in Defense. In the years to come, she endeavors to grow the company’s revenue to 30-40 million dollars. In addition, she plans to make at least three more acquisitions.
