With a 40-year history in video production, Ms. Ruggles presently provides her expertise as program coordinator for Pellissippi State Community College. With three years in this position and more than 20 years at the college itself, Ms. Ruggles has contributed her passion for education and helping develop students and encouraging them to follow their paths. Her strengths lie in being a strong listener and dedication to teaching. In her current role, she works on developing new curriculum and expansion of programs. She also looks forward to teaching more in the future.
Ms. Ruggles earned an associate degree in business administration and interior design from Flint Community College. She continued to earn a Bachelor of Arts in secondary education. At Michigan State University she received a master’s degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University. She is also a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association and a Distinguished Delegate honored for continued contribution to the field of education.
