With a career spanning nearly 50 years, Ms. Gration is a committed member of the education system working toward creating a better learning environment for students. Specializing in managing students and their educators in the fifth and sixth grades, she is responsible for aligning policies and curriculum for the school, camps and gifted children programs. She has occupied her current role for 17 years, and focuses on mathematics education and teacher development.
In 1972, Ms. Gration was set on her path by obtaining a diploma in teaching. She continued to earn a bachelor’s degree in primary education at Monash University and a master’s degree in professional development from Melbourne University. These choices, along with her hard work and ability to stay abreast of industry trends have led to her making a difference. Throughout her career, and as she continues forward, she endeavors to make a difference in the teaching methodologies and curriculum. All of her services to the educational field throughout the years are made worthwhile when former students return and tell her about the impact she has had on their lives.
