The past four years, she has been the skin care salon owner of Elation Skincare. Specializing in treatments for men and women, Ms. Pankratova trusts the products of Murad, Exuviance and Dermalogica to treat and deliver healthy and beautiful results. On a daily basis, she oversees the business operations, meets with clients and performs a variety of services. 

In order to prepare for this career, Ms. Pankratova attended the Avalon School of Cosmetology and the International Dermal Institute. In addition, she was recognized as a Dermalogica Expert from the International Dermal Institute in 2012. According to Ms. Pankratova, she finds her success is due to her strong work ethic, passion for the field and continuing her knowledge about the body. In her professional endeavors, she hopes to educate more people about skin care and themselves, while improving their self-esteem.

Becoming a business owner was no simple feat for Ms. Pankratova. As a single mother of three, and running the skin care salon, she was diagnosed with cancer. Not one to be defeated, she is now cancer-free and says overcoming cancer has been her greatest accomplishment. Inspired by her children and the people’s lives she improves, Ms. Pankratova enjoys her profession and aims to continue making clients happy.
