Driven by her passion to help small businesses thrive, Ms. Pichot enriches young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and business development skills needed to succeed. In her career, she had initially intended to work internationally at the corporate level, but after working at a small business development center and economic development organization, she took the opportunity to study under a renowned business consultant and centered her career on a mixture of academia and consulting. Ms. Pichot founded Complete Success nine years ago and has since provided countless business owners with individualized strategies and action plans. Ms. Pichot is also an associate professor at Andrews University, where she teaches marketing.

Ms. Pichot believes that continued professional development is a tenet of success and as such dedicates herself to furthering her own education. Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in organizational development at Colorado Technical University, which will supplement an MBA that she obtained from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Ms. Pichot is also an active member of her professional community with memberships to the National Association of Female Professionals, the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Talent Development. In the years ahead, Ms. Pichot will continue to help small businesses become the best that they possibly can be.
