Durham, NC, March 28, 2016, Betty M. Lovelace-Ross, Owner of The Envision Consulting Group, LLC, has been recognized by Elite Women Worldwide, for dedication, achievement and leadership in community-based needs consulting.

Prior to owning The Envision Consulting Group, Dr. Lovelace-Ross spent more than three decades a director of multicultural, student-affairs and cross-counseling surroundings. With a focus on leadership coaching, Dr. Lovelace-Ross empowers others to improve, and to lead their own ventures in companies, schools or other industries. For 16 years, she has supplied her expertise in leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion and everything pertaining to DiSC. In addition to her work in consulting, Dr. Lovelace- Ross has conducted research on the nontraditional career paths of Ghanaian women. She took note of how these women played a role in leadership.

One of the highlights of Dr. Lovelace-Ross’ career was seeing her grandmother attend her doctoral degree ceremony. She was the first person in her family to achieve this milestone, and to have her grandmother there made it a uniquely special moment. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work and counseling, a master’s degree in social work and counseling, an Ed.D. in higher education administration and cross-cultural counseling. She earned a Master of Theological Studies from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. In addition to her education, she is DiSC certified. She stays informed in her line of work by maintaining affiliation to the American College Personnel Association and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
