In her most recent role, Ms. Natividad-Emmons served as chief of the investigation and enforcement division, as well as the public information division. She was responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the performance of the divisions, primarily regarding developing and implementing innovative approaches in building image perception to heighten public awareness of the ERC. This experience prepared her for her next role, where she is tasked with consulting on regulatory, accounting and finance matters.

In addition to serving as the president of Emmons Consultants, LLC, Ms. Natividad-Emmons is also a council member and consultant with Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., which provides one-on-one professional learning and connection for top professionals and thought leaders across various fields for shot- and long-term learning engagements. She holds an MBA and is also pursuing a doctorate in business administration through the University of Phoenix. In 2015, Ms. Natividad-Emmons was recognized as a VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.
