Dr. Seidler is a results oriented individual and enjoys taking on the challenges in the change management field. As the project manager for donor financed projects, she has participated in the rebuilding of developing countries and countries after war. For nine years, she aided in rebuilding the infrastructure in Afghanistan, and has worked in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Syria. Throughout the two decades of her career, she has managed these donor-financed projects from the World Bank, ADB, European Commission, EBRD and KfW Development Bank. In addition, she heads the RIDF Programme.  

Dr. Seidler earned a Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Finance Credit Procurement from the European University at Saint Petersburg. Additionally, she is a Russian chartered translator and interpreter. For more than two decades, she has been contributing her consulting and management services. She was awarded the Silver Medal St. Peter of Honour, for Charity and Founding and Implementing the “Easter Music Festival” in Russia from 1992-1998 from the Russian Orthodox Church in 2008. She credits her success to recognizing and respecting cultural diversity.
