Prior to her current role, Ms. Packwood has held several highly-esteemed positions. She served as the Oversees Representative and Director of the Washington D.C. office at the Government of Bermuda, where she bridged the Americas and Asia foreign commercial and trade components to Bermuda. This role required her to represent Bermuda on a diplomatic level in the political, economic and cultural spectrums. She has held the CEO and deputy chairman position of Business Bermuda, as well as the general manager role for Digicel Bermuda. Additionally, she has worked in Africa and North America in various roles. Ms. Packwood is a Harvard Law School graduate and holds a J.D. in law. Throughout her career she has won many awards, including the New Economy Award for Best Offshore FDI Facilities and the Women of Great Esteem Award.
