As an officer manager, Ms. Morris is responsible for maintaining employee records, performing research, and coordinating trade shows and expos. She is also credited with co-authoring the company website, www.weaxon.com, which was a collaborative effort. Above all else, she ensures that everything is running smoothly and that everyone is in line with one another.

During her time with Weaxon LLC, Ms. Morris pursued and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences in criminal justice and police science. She credits her professional success to her tenacity, as well as her six years of experience in program development systems engineering. Throughout the course of her career, she has considered her greatest achievement to be finding a good balance between work and family life.
