After serving in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years and retiring as an E-5 staff sergeant, Ms. Moore decided to enter business management. As the portfolio manager for Hewlett-Packard, an information technology company, she speaks at events and oversees worldwide strategy and sales training. Ms. Moore’s favorite aspect of her career is working with clients and helping them find solutions to their problems.

Looking forward, she intends to continue building the teams and their knowledge, which will empower them to show the value of their expertise to the company. Ms. Moore attributes her success to the support she receives from her bosses, as well as her drive to succeed. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in management from National Louis University in 1997. Ms. Moore is charitably involved with The American Legion, and when she isn’t busy with her job, she is working out, spending time with her family and friends, or taking care of her dogs.
