After earning a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in theater arts from the University of Richmond, where she graduated, with honors, in 2000, Ms. Baswell began attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She earned a JD and graduated summa cum laude in 2007. Ms. Baswell’s position with Chaffetz Lindsey LLP allows her to provide clients with legal services and consultation in the areas of international arbitration, insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution, and general commercial litigation.

Even though Ms. Baswell only has eight years of experience in her current line of work, she is quickly growing within her industry. She was named “Associate to Watch,” by Chambers USA in 2012, 2013 and 2014. She attributes her success to working in a strong business environment, and having great support from colleagues and peers.
