Ms. Corti has demonstrated proficiency in the field of chemistry and research for more than two decades. One of her greatest career accomplishments was the worldwide launch of seventeen new color contact lenses that she developed. It was one of the most gratifying moments of her career to walk into an eye doctor office and see those contacts being used. In addition to this feat, Ms. Corti conducts laboratory research and process development, manages two scientists and two technicians, enforces standard operating procedures, organizes documents and writes protocol reports. Her expertise in chemistry, ink formulation, printing technologies and process transfer are highly valued skills in the industry.

Fueled by her desire to elevate people’s lives, Ms. Corti places great emphasis on her education, leadership, versatility and customer service skills as the winning combination to her success. She attended the Università degli Studi di Milano and graduated in 1993 with a master’s degree in chemistry. She is an active member of the American Chemical Society and the American Society for Quality. Her work has been recognized with the Distinguished Performance Award and the Executive Award for Support to the Quality Team. Looking toward the future, Ms. Corti intends on learning more about process transfer and the regulatory and quality documentation involved.
