Distinguished for a career spanning more than three and a half decades, Ms. Rosenbaum has parlayed this experience since becoming the vice president of logistic and SCM of Keter Plastic LTD in 1988. As a company providing products internationally, Ms. Rosenbaum oversees all customer services and deliveries for both regional and abroad. She played a critical role in growing the company from an $18 million to $1 billion establishment. In addition, she oversees all incoming orders into plants, plans business strategies, handles compliance and trains staff to uphold the reputable standards of the company.

Originally interested in becoming a physician, Ms. Rosenbaum ultimately decided the medical field was not for her and served in the Israeli Army. The military training provided Ms. Rosenbaum with the necessary leadership and management skills needed in the international logistics field. After her compulsory two years with the Army, Ms. Rosenbaum earned a business degree at Adelphi University in the United States. Her successful career with Keter Plastics has earned her a 10 Best Businesswomen in Technology Award and she retains affiliation with the Association of Exporters and International Air and Shipping Association.

Keter Plastic manufactures resin-based household and garden consumer products, varying from plastic storage to fences, toys and bath products. The company is the number one worldwide plastic CPG producer, and has greatly benefitted from Ms. Rosenbaum’s dedication. She bases the success of her career on hard work and believing nothing is impossible.
