Ms. Eddy has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977, and has built a successful business since her first real estate purchase. In her capacity, she conducts commercial appraisals for banks, monitors loans, tax appeals, and evaluates estates and loan negotiations. She specializes in appraising properties along the Columbia River Gorge and the coastal communities in Oregon and Washington. Ms. Eddy began the consulting firm in 2008, after dedicating ten years to real estate appraising. She is cleared to appraise a wide spectrum of property types from schools to motels, churches and residential subdivisions.

Before turning to real estate, Ms. Eddy worked in the paper and pulp industry, as a quality control supervisor and research chemist for 27 years. Due to industry down-sizing, Ms. Eddy switched careers, and turned her talents to real estate, investing in commercial real estate. She holds state certification as a general appraiser from the state of Oregon and also is a certified general real estate appraiser from the state of Washington.
