Possessing strong staff management skills and an unparalleled knowledge of the industry, Ms. Hammond regularly attends seminars hosted by the Vacation Rental Managers Association for continued professional training and development. She also pulls upon experience owning and running a small concrete manufacturing business with her husband early in their careers, as well as working with Coldwell Banker Hospitality Group and managing local homeowners’ associations.
