Ms. Ranieri brings 30 years of experience to her role as president and executive chef of Papillon 25. Each day, she creates the specials, as well as oversees all food ordering for the restaurant. SheShe has been in business for 30 years and specializes in a cuisine that is a fusion of American, Caribbean, french, and Italian dishes. She brings her whole life into her food an has traveled all over the world.
Originally from Haiti, Ms. Ranieri taught French and did catering. Her mother handled big receptions and she would always help her in the kitchen. She decided to have a restaurant and started with a small five-table restaurant, and later moved on to 20 tables. Looking ahead, Ms. Ranieri would like to commercialize her iced tea as well as some sauces she specializes in.
