To support her career, Ms. Baldwin is a certified infant and toddler teacher as accredited by Bunker Hill Community College.

Prior to her work as a teacher, Ms. Baldwin operated a day care center out of her home, worked as a nanny and taught Autistic children in the state of Maine.
