In her current role as personnel director, Ms. McCoy is able to employ her expertise in human resources management on a daily basis. Her position primarily involves recruiting and interviewing employees, promoting employee relations, and managing workers’ compensation. Her further tasks include conducting training regarding HR policies and handling various personnel issues that arise. Ms. McCoy makes it a priority to create an environment in which employees feel comfortable approaching her regarding any questions or concerns they may have.

A member of SHRM, Ms. McCoy holds a number of industry-related certifications and is committed to remaining up-to-date in her field. She is appreciated as someone who is perpetually fair, honest and professional. When Ms. McCoy isn’t in the office, she enjoys working with her husband at the cattle ranch that the couple has owned and operated for the past 25 years. She plans for ranch management to be a part of her life for many years to come.
