As a nationally certified behavior analyst, Ms. Boyd is able to provide expert behavior analysis services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, traumatic brain injury and other developmental disorders. She brings her skills and three decades of professional experience to her work with Innovative Behavioral Solutions LLC, a trusted provider of applied behavior analysis services for clients in an underserved area of Southeast Alabama. Ms. Boyd’s position as owner involves overseeing all operations of the company, working one-on-one with clients, running supervised play groups, and providing training for parents, teachers and other local professionals. A firm believer in perseverance over obstacles, she is motivated each day by the families she is able to assist. Ms. Boyd does a lot of pro bono work as well.

Ms. Boyd is pursuing a Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. The degree will supplement her already strong educational foundation, which includes a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on behavior analysis, a Bachelor of Science in psychology and political science, and an Associate of Arts in psychology. Ms. Boyd is also credentialed by Tricare South and AETNA. Her professional affiliations include ABAI, the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts, and the Alabama Association of Behavioral Analysts.
